Technical Support · Client Onboarding · QA

Jason Huynh

I help people get unstuck with technology.

I spent 3+ years on the support and QA team at an AI camera company, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues and testing devices before they shipped. Based in Orange County, CA. Open to remote, or hybrid/on-site in OC and LA.

01 · About

About me

I like figuring out why things break and explaining the fix in a way anyone can follow. Most of the customers I supported weren't technical, so I learned to turn messy problems into simple, step-by-step solutions, usually in a single conversation.

I also enjoy the hands-on side: reproducing bugs myself, testing hardware, and giving engineers clear write-ups so issues get fixed fast. I have a B.S. in Marketing from Cal State Long Beach, which comes in handy when it comes to understanding customers and communicating clearly.

Right now I'm looking for my next role in technical support, client onboarding, customer success or QA.
